Martial Arts HIIT by Mr D

March 2020, the Corona virus caused a major shift in the United Kingdom. Schools were asked to close down, resulting in teachers having to go on-line to teach their classes. I am an IB MYP teacher and although I have my MYP classes, I also have a non-MYP class. The classes we usually put on for these students are recreationally based classes and vary throughout the year. I created Martial Arts HIIT videos for this class.
